Bobcat Pride Scholarship Fund

Educate Embrace Empower

This Pride Month, show your pride by making a gift! Please give before midnight on June 30th to help us continue providing support to LGBTQIA+ emerging adults in the greater San Marcos area.

June 30th is a significant day in LGBTQIA+ community and BPSF is excited to be participating. Give OUT Day is a national initiative that mobilizes the LGBTQIA+ & ally community on a single day across the country to give in support of LGBTQIA+ nonprofits. BPSF recognizes people of all minority sexual and gender identities experience systemic oppression.  And our Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ emerging adults are even more vulnerable.

Can we count on your support with a donation of $25 or $100?  Maybe a recurring donation of $10?  Every amount helps and our goal is to raise $2600 in order to support at least 13 recipients.
Support comes in all forms!  Please choose at least one way you can engage in an action to be Together in Pride with BPSF this month.

1)  Share one of BPSF's post with your social media community.  Help us get the word out and connect us with new supporters.  You're welcome to cross post to all platforms!  Or create your own selfie and tag us on your social media using one of the signs below. ❤️💛💚💙💜

2)  Launch your own Facebook fundraiser on behalf of BPSF!  This is a low effort, high return way to connect us with new donors in your circle.  Facebook does not change any fees, setting it up is easy peasy, and past supporters have raised a few hundred dollars for BPSF.  Reach out if you need help... we can walk you through it.

3)  Let us know why you support BPSF.  As a donor, past recipient, or supporter of BPSF we want to hear from you.  Word-of-mouth and sharing stories is essential to BPSF and has allowed us to endure for over 10 years.  Send us a few lines about why you choose to be part of the BPSF community.

4)  Make your donationAll giving matters. Collectively a $10 monthly donation or $100 one-time gift allows us to continue to support amazing LGBTQIA+ emerging adults in our area.  Together we make a difference.

5)  Connect us to businesses who are interested in becoming a donor.  Personal connections have allowed BPSF to garner the support of local and corporate business who have made monetary or in-kind donations.  Please reach out to our Executive Board if you can help facilitate such a connection.
